Either party may terminate the advisory relationship at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend advisory services to any user who:

• Provides false or fraudulent information during the advisory process.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nawanshahr, Punjab, India.
• Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion for a period of 30 days.
• IRDAI Grievance: For insurance-related disputes, you may also lodge a complaint with the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal at bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in.
• Consumer Forum: Nothing in these terms limits your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or business practices.

• Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 7 days before taking effect.
